Talento Restaurant

Talento Restaurant, nestled along the heart of the Las Olas Boulevard strip in Fort Lauderdale, brings a piece of Italy to America.

Spearheaded by Executive Chef Luigi Criscuolo and General Manager Angela Gullotta, the restaurant offers guests a variety of menus to choose from, including: dinner, brunch, pizza and vegan/vegetarian menus.

Executive Chef Luigi Criscuolo, a native of Italy who has opened restaurants all over the world, presents authentic Italian cuisine using seasonal ingredients, fine seafood and steaks, pizzas, a wide array of vegan options, mouthwatering desserts and more. Scratch-made pastas, breads, and desserts are made daily using imported delicatessen, cheese, and other ingredients from Italy.

Talento Restaurant proudly offers a line-up of weekly specials from Monday – Thursday and Happy Hour specials seven days a week from 4 p.m. to CLOSE at the bar and from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the main dining area.

Luigi Criscuolo

Luigi Criscuolo will serve as the inspiration for much of the restaurant, both in its cuisine and design serving up authentic Italian cuisine that is anything but “old school.” Scratch-made pastas, breads, and desserts are just the start of an authentic Italian menu that focuses on locally grown and seasonal ingredients.

Criscuolo possesses a lifetime of memories and passion for the food that he considers the most beautiful in the world. Criscuolo is a member of the Italian Chefs Association, American Culinary Federation, Member of American Personal & Private Chef Association, USPCA and more.
